Portland Classic Limestone Honed Parquet tiles bring a touch of British heritage to interior spaces. With their soft creamy tones and fossil-rich detail, they echo the timeless character of Portland stone, a material long associated with some of Britain’s most iconic buildings.
The honed finish enhances the natural beauty of the limestone, creating a smooth, refined surface, while the parquet format adds classic pattern and subtle visual interest. Their smaller size also makes thoughtful use of stone that may otherwise go to waste, offering a more considered and sustainable choice.
Crafted from natural limestone, these tiles are suitable for internal walls and floors, making them ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, hallways and feature areas. As with all natural stone, they should be sealed to help protect the surface and maintain their appearance over time.
Please note, these tiles can be prone to efflorescence. To help reduce this risk, we recommend storing them in a dry area before installation and using a rapid or semi-rapid set adhesive, such as Sarsen Home Premium Semi-Rapid Adhesive.
With their heritage feel, elegant format and subtle fossil detail, Portland Limestone Parquet Honed tiles offer a timeless foundation for both traditional and contemporary interiors.
