Mayfield Porcelain strongly recommends that all orders should include an additional 10% to allow for wastage to cover cutting and breakages. Additional orders may contain batch variations.

Cleared funds are required before delivery.

All orders placed are ordered specifically from our supplier and cannot be cancelled once payment received. All products are non-returnable, unless they are faulty. Mayfield Porcelain may, however, allow returns at their discretion, there will be a 50% re-stocking fee.

In the event that a return is permitted by Mayfield Porcelain, all products must be unused, undamaged and packaged appropriately. The cost of returning the goods and their safe transit is the sole responsibility of the customer. Once the goods are returned Mayfield Porcelain will issue a refund within 30-days. No returned goods will be accepted for a refund without prior consent from Mayfield Porcelain.

Only product costs will be refunded, shipping fees, (both for the initial and return despatch) are the customer’s responsibility.

Mayfield Porcelain will not be held responsible for any orders. stored at our premises. that are not delivered or collected within 4 weeks from the date of notification of availability. After this period Mayfield Porcelain reserves the right cancel the order without refund or charge storage fees, unless alternative arrangements are made in writing.

As Mayfield Porcelain have no control over the storage and handling of goods on site, site conditions or quality of workmanship, we offer no warranty that products are fit for the buyer’s purpose. We strongly recommend that you employ the services of an experienced and competent tradesman.

Customers cannot claim that goods are faulty once they have been used, installed, modified or repaired after delivery. Any claim regarding fault must relate to the condition of the goods at the time of delivery. The installation or use of any product warrants acceptance.

If a customer believes they have received goods that were faulty at the time of delivery, they must notify Mayfield Porcelain at that time.

Any samples provided by Mayfield Porcelain are provided as an indication of goods supplied.

In the event of a delay in delivery/production, Mayfield Porcelain will not be held liable for any associated incidental work or expenses, loss of profit or revenue or any compensation payable by the buyer to any third party.

Goods will not be despatched or be able to be collected until full payment for the order is received.

Mayfield Porcelain will make every endeavor to maintain the agreed production lead and delivery time.

Where we are unable to meet these, we will communicate with the customer at the earliest possible moment.

Prices are correct only at the time of publishing and are subject to change, whether quoted verbally, in writing or on our website.

Quotations are only valid at the time they are given.

Prices are only secured by the buyer once payment has been received or delivery has been made.
